Faith No More - Easy

Faith No More é uma banda de rock norte-americana, formada em São Francisco (Califórnia) em 1981 e que retornou às actividades em 2009 após uma pausa de 11 anos. É considerada um dos maiores grupos de rock dos anos 1990, e entre as canções suas de maior sucesso estão "Epic" e "Falling to Pieces" do disco "The Real Thing" (1989), "Midlife Crisis" e "Easy", cover do grupo americano The Commodores, as duas do álbum "Angel Dust" (1992), além de outro sucesso, a canção "Ashes To Ashes" do álbum "Album of the Year", de 1997. A banda ganhou notoriedade no Brasil com a passagem constante do vídeo musical de "Epic" na MTV local, com uma aclamada apresentação no Rock in Rio II e com o encerramento, no dia 14 de Novembro de 2011, do Festival SWU, na cidade paulista de Paulínia.

O estilo musical da banda é de difícil categorização, muitos dizem que foram eles que criaram o nu metal visto que a banda possui uma série de vertentes e géneros distintos, como punk, jazz, funk, heavy metal, rap, samba, polka, easy listening e pop. Alguns chegaram a classificar o seu estilo de metal alternativo. A banda tem certa fluência além da sua língua mãe, o inglês, pois dominam o português, espanhol e italiano, principalmente o vocalista, Mike Patton.

O single “Epic” dos Faith No More é considerado por alguns como a primeira encarnação do nu metal, como afirma Jonathan Davis "Epic" foi (felizmente para uma verdadeira banda hasteadora da bandeira do avant-garde metal como os Faith No More) protótipo do modelo do rótulo que os olheiros da música buscavam para recrutar. E assim fizeram. Isso é uma defesa da ideia que os Faith No More foram o único catalisador atrás do que finalmente se transformou no nu metal diz Jonathan Davis que mais tarde chamou Mike Bordin para tocar bateria no Korn. Outro factor crucial para a popularidade dos Faith No More foi a entrada de Mike Patton em 1988, cujos vocais característicos podem ter sido o maior motivo do êxito comercial do grupo. Em 24 de Fevereiro de 2009 os integrantes do Faith No More anunciaram uma reunião para fazerem uma tour europeia.

Faith Hill - Breathe

Audrey Faith Perry, mais conhecida como Faith Hill - nascida em Jackson, a 21 de Setembro de 1967 - é uma cantora norte-americana.

Foi adoptada com uma semana de vida e cresceu na cidade de Star. Começou a cantar na igreja da cidade e foi para Nashville, com 19 anos, com o objectivo de iniciar uma carreira de cantora country. Trabalhou no escritório do cantor e compositor Gary Morris, em Nashville. Este ouviu-a cantar junto ao rádio e pediu-lhe que gravasse uma fita demostrativa. Foi descoberta por um executivo da Warner Bros ao cantar num Café de Nashville. Gary tornou-se mais tarde o seu co-produtor.

Faith Hill lançou os álbuns "Take me as I am" (1993), "It Matters to Me" (1995), "Faith" (1998), "Breathe" (1999), "Cry" (2002) e "Fireflies" (2005), tendo vendido cerca de 40 milhões de cópias mundialmente. Teve oito singles e três álbuns número um na Billboard Hot Country Songs.

Hill já foi agraciada com prémios como os Grammy Awards, Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, American Music Awards e People's Choice Awards. A tournée Soul2Soul II Tour, com Tim McGraw, foi a que teve maiores assistências em toda a história da música country, e a primeira das melhores cinco entre todos os géneros musicais.

Em 2001, Hill gravou uma canção para a trilha sonora do filme Pearl Harbor, "There You'll Be". No mesmo ano foi considerada a primeira das "30 Mulheres Mais Poderosas da América" pelo Ladies Home Journal.

Em 2004, Hill participou do filme "Mulheres Perfeitas", fazendo a personagem Sarah.

Desde 2007, que Hill era a cantora da abertura do Sunday Night Football, pelo canal NBC. Em Abril de 2013, Hill anunciou que não seria mais a cantora da abertura do Sunday Night Football, após seis anos. Faith Hill foi a responsável pelo tema de abertura dos jogos do Sunday Night Football – talvez o principal jogo de cada semana da temporada regular da NFL. Na sua despedida no Twitter, a cantora não revelou os motivos da sua saída, mas confessou que estava triste por deixar de o fazer.

Ao som de "Waiting All Day For Sunday Night", música inspirada num sucesso da cantora Joan Jett, "I Hate Myself for Loving You", iniciava-se o domingo à noite para a NFL na NBC.

É casada com o também cantor country Tim McGraw, de quem tem três filhas.

Europe - The Final Countdown

Europe é uma banda de hard rock, formada em Upplands Väsby (Suécia), em 1978 sob o nome Force pelo vocalista Joey Tempest e guitarrista John Norum. Apesar de largamente associada com glam metal, o som da banda incorpora elementos de sinfonia, heavy metal (nos dois primeiros discos) e hard rock, apesar dos seus integrantes classificarem a banda como rock clássico. Desde a sua formação, o grupo Europe lançou nove álbuns de estúdio, 17 videos e três álbuns ao vivo. Em 2015, a banda lançará seu décimo álbum de estúdio, intitulado "War of Kings".

O Europe atingiu a fama internacional em 1986 com o seu 3º álbum "The Final Countdown", que se tornou um grande sucesso comercial e vendeu mais de três milhões de cópias nos Estados Unidos neste período.

O Europe foi uma das bandas rock mais bem sucedida dos anos 80 e vendeu neste período mais de quatro milhões de álbuns nos Estados Unidos e mais de 10 milhões de álbuns mundialmente. A banda atingiu dois Top 20 em álbuns na tabela Billboard 200 ("The Final Countdown" e "Out of This World").

Até hoje, o Europe vendeu mais de 30 milhões juntando álbuns mundialmente, fazendo eles o 2º grupo mais bem sucedido da Suécia na história.

O Europe entrou em hiato em 1992. Os integrantes reuniram-se temporariamente para uma atuação única em Estocolmo, na Véspera de Ano Novo de 2000 e anunciaram a volta oficial em Outubro de 2003. Desde então, o Europe lançou quatro álbuns, "Start from the Dark", "Secret Society", "Last Look at Eden" e "Bag of Bones" . Em Abril de 2012 saiu mais um álbum de estúdio "Bag of Bones", que foi produzido por Kevin Shirley, e em Março de 2015 será lançado o Álbum "War Of Kings", produzido por Dave Cobb, o quinto álbum desde a volta do grupo.

Eric Prydz - Pjanoo

Eric Prydz - nascido em Estocolmo, a 19 de Julho de 1976 - é um DJ e produtor sueco, também conhecido como Pryda, Cirez D, Sheridan e Moo, que, actualmente, reside em Londres.

Eric Prydz fez parte do Swedish House Mafia , mas abandonou o grupo por ter medo de voar de avião (assumido paranóico pensa sempre que vai ficar preso no avião ou que este irá cair). No entanto, os demaismembros do grupo continuam a dizer que Prydz ainda faz parte do grupo.

Em 2009, ficou colocado na 34ª posição do Top 100 DJ Poll da DJ Magazine.

Prydz é, acima de tudo, conhecido pelas músicas "Call on Me", "Proper Education", "Pjanoo", "Every Day" e "Liberate" e mais recentemente por "Generate" e "Opus".
