Shirley Bassey -This Is My Life

Dame Shirley Veronica Bassey - nascida em Cardiff, a 8 de Janeiro de 1937 - é uma cantora nascida no País de Gales. Os seus trabalhos mais conhecidos são os temas que cantou nos filmes de James Bond: "Goldfinger" (1964), "Diamonds Are Forever" (1971), e "Moonraker" (1979).

Shirley Bassey foi agraciada com a Mais Excelente Ordem do Império Britânico (em inglês: Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) que é uma ordem de cavalaria estabelecida em 4 de Junho de 1917 por Jorge V.

Casou e divorciou-se duas vezes, teve duas filhas, e adoptou um menino. Actualmente, vive no Mónaco; e realiza tournées pela Europa e Estados Unidos.
